Grown on the volcanic hillsides of Kintamani in Bali, Indonesia — where mineral-rich lava soil, cool highland air, and the skilled hands of smallholder farmers combine to create something remarkable — Bali Blue is the coffee that makes you stop and pay attention. Medium-dark roasted to draw out deep notes of dark chocolate, brown sugar, and molasses, the Bourbon, Typica, and Catimor varieties grown here develop a complexity that only volcanic terroir can produce.
